Missed appointment /cancellations.
Twenty-four (24) hours notice is required for cancellation of dental appointment. We reserve the right to charge a fee for missed appointments or ones that are not cancelled within the required time.
We will charge non-refundable fee of £25 in case of late cancellation.
A No-show is considered failure to cancel or failure to attend the scheduled dental appointment. In this case the patient will be charged £40 .
Patients with a history of not attended or late cancelled appointments will be required ot leave a deposit of 50% of their scheduled treatment to book their next appointment.
