yes , WE ARE BACK AT WORK !!!
Our community (and practice) has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same : our commitment to your safety.
We are up-to-date on new governing bodies’ guidance that has been issued.
You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made this changes to help protect our patients and our staff. so now:
- we will contact you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked the same questions again and fill the form at your appointment;
- we will measure and record your temperature before you enter the surgery;
- we have hand sanitiser that we will ask you to use before you enter the practice -it’s on the wall by the main door;
- appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointments;
We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.
We are asking you to help us, applying some new rules:
- if you show symptoms following appointment booking , you should contact the practice by phone;
- with the exception of children and patients with carers, patients should come alone
- a maximum of possible distance must be observed if another patient is present in the dental practice;
- we will ask you to use your own nasal spray before planned dental procedure;
- we are asking you to enter the practice wearing face mask of your choice;
- payments should be made by card ;
- please do not arrive early to the practice. You are free to call us and check if you can come earlier- we might have cancellation or delays in our schedule.If necessary, you should wait outside the practice.
